High-density cross-linked polyethylene foam — fluid-resistant (water, oil), thermally stable up to 100 °C, water absorption < 1 vol-%, engravable. Color: anthracite.
Density 25–31 kg/m³ (avg 28) per ISO 845. Compression set 25 % deflection 10–18 % per ISO 1856-C. Thermal conductivity 0.036 W/mK at 10 °C per ISO 8301.
Limited lifetime warranty against breakage and workmanship defects, passed through from the case manufacturer. Watertight to 1 m for 30 minutes when correctly closed with an undamaged O-ring. Warranty covers the case shell only — foam inlay and stored contents are excluded.
Lifetime warranty not applicable where prohibited by law.
The case ships in protective outer packaging. Empty weight 7.8 kg. We ship primarily with DHL, and with FedEx where required.
