  • We offer regular software updates free of charge.

  • Internet connectivity is optional — useful for remote support, but never required. Updates can be installed manually via USB stick. When a new update is available, we will reach out and let you choose your preferred installation method.

  • The Kilobaser ships in a wooden crate (40 x 40 x 60 cm, ~27 kg). Ordered cartridges and chips are packed alongside in DAP15 or DAP20 boxes (2–4 kg), depending on quantity.


    We ship primarily with DHL, and with FedEx where required.
