The 2'-O-methoxyethyl RNA backbone (2'-MOE) offers improved duplex stability, significant nuclease resistance, and relatively low toxicity.
For 2'-MOE RNA oligo synthesis, combine with our Standard Chip.
One 2'-MOE RNA cartridge provides reagent material for 150 bases. Oligo yield depends on sequence length:
30 bases → 5 oligos
25 bases → 6 oligos
