5'-phosphorylated DNA oligos are optimized for use as substrates in ligase reaction.
For 5'-end phosphorylated DNA oligos, combine with our Phosphorylation Chip.
For unlabeled DNA oligos, combine with our Standard Chip.
One Phosphorylation cartridge provides reagent material for 100 bases. Oligo yield depends on sequence length:
25 nt → 4 oligos
