The C6 distance from the oligonucleotide linker allows optimized binding of a biomolecule to the primary amine without interacting with the oligonucleotide or the duplex it forms.
For 5'-end Amino Modifier C6 labeled DNA oligos, combine with our Amino Modifier C6 Label Chip.
For unlabeled DNA oligos, combine with our Standard Chip.
One Amino Modifier C6 cartridge provides reagent material for 100 bases. Oligo yield depends on sequence length:
25 nt → 4 oligos
