The advantage of biotin is the strong binding affinity to streptavidin or avidin. This affinity can be used in a wide range of applications.
For 5'-end Biotin labeled DNA oligos, combine with our Biotin Label Chip.
For unlabeled DNA oligos, combine with our Standard Chip.
One Biotin cartridge provides reagent material for 100 bases. Oligo yield depends on sequence length:
25 nt → 4 oligos
