Click chemistry is a family of modular, wide-ranging, high-yield, stereospecific reactions with benign byproducts. The copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) is one of the most popular — it efficiently links a terminal alkyne (from the Hexynyl modification) to an azide-labeled molecule.
One chip per synthesis. Cartridge yield depends on sequence length, so chips are sold individually — order as many as the number of oligos you plan to run.
Hexynyl-modified oligos enable:
- Post-synthesis attachment of fluorescent dyes, quenchers, or other functional groups
- Custom-labeled probes for advanced imaging applications
- Bioconjugates with improved cell penetration capabilities
